Grant A. Higgins
Secretary
A principal of the company, Grant develops and ensures company-wide consistency by recording decisions, tactics, and policies. Additionally, he is responsible for design and implementation oversight.
His previous experience is with Western Electric, AT&T, and Lucent. His expertise includes Central Office planning and design; OSP Engineering Deployment; and international project management in China, Guatemala, and Honduras.
He has worked as a consultant for Cingular Wireless, designing and implementing infrastructure projects, and for BellSouth subsequent to Hurricane Katrina, reconstructing area services. He provided survey and design for Zone 4 Earthquake Bracing for Memphis, Tennessee, and for Evansville, Indiana. He has worked with numerous architects to design and layout building requirements and telecommunications infrastructure design.
Grant has served as Secretary for BICSI, and is a CommScope certified instructor.
