- University of Texas/Medical Branch-Galveston, Texas, infrastructure design and project management
- Ohio State University-Columbus, Ohio – consulting and design of cost effective telemedicine network to serve prison locations. This design provided remote diagnostic capabilities for patient populations by Nurse Practitioners via teleconference with doctors located in OSU Main Hospital, 80 to 200 miles from the prison locations
- Ohio State University-Columbus, Ohio- designed a statewide DSL system to connect remote areas to specialists at OSU, supplying the cost data for a business case justifying telemedicine through transportation cost savings
- Ohio State University-Columbus, Ohio- applied a home health care model to Medicaid data to prove a $99 million dollar savings per year if home health care units were provided to the client population with three or more severe illnesses
